This policy explains what Physeia Data Labs collects through this website and how we use it. It covers this website only. Clinical data we source for clients is governed by separate agreements with partner hospitals and clients.
What we collect
When you send a brief through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, and any company, country, project details and brief you choose to add. Please do not include patient information in the form.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Services that process it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. To make a request, email hello@physeiadatalab.com or use the form on our homepage.
